Principal Consultant
Audu Imonikhe is the Principal Consultant of Audu Imonikhe & Co.He holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic Auchi in 1995. He is a member of NIESV with membership No. MO7078. He joined the firm of Omosigho Omorodion & Partners in 1997 as a Surveyor. He moved to join Messrs Diya Fatimilehin & Co in1998, worked in the Valuation department until 2002. He joined Gerry Ikputu & Partners in 2014 as the General Manager where he resigned and started his practice as Audu Imonikhe & Co.
General Manager
She works as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer and Associate Partner at Audu Imonikhe & Co. She completed her studies in Estate Management at Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Imo State in 2018, and later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Estate Management at Rivers State University. She is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) with number M06850 and registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) with membership No A.6735. Starting her career as an Industrial Trainee at Jide Taiwo and Co. In Port Harcourt Branch in 2016, she later became the Head of the Valuation unit at Ngozi Otuonye-Jeremiah and Co. until 2023, she joined Audu Imonikhe & Co. In 2024 as a Managing Partner.
Associate Partner
Chidimma Nwokoro is the Associate partner with Audu Imonikhe & Co. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Imo State in 1995. He joined Messrs Diya Fatimilehin & Co in 1998, worked in the Valuation department until 2002. He joined Gerry Ikputu & Partners in 2010 and left 2014 as the Head, Valuation Unit where he resigned and started his practice as Chidi Nwokoro Consulting.

Sabbath Idorieyin is the Administrative Secretary of Audu Imonikhe & Co., she holds a National Diploma in Computer Science from Abia State Polytechnic, Aba
